April Lockhart

April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She began the guitar and piano lessons in 7th grade which sparked curiosity. April's very first song was called Different. She wrote it at 12 years of age. When April was 14 years old, she devoted the majority of her time making song concepts and perfecting the music. After a while, she began traveling with her father and to write songs at home in NY or LA. April also began to include different topics related to some of her peers who are dealing with such things as peer pressure disabilities and even teen suicide in the song"Take" my Hand. Lockhart is a lifestyle and beauty influencer with a growing fan base. She works with popular brand Ilia with whom she has a partnership as well as being a specialist in lifestyle. The disability she has is part of her persona, however it's not all of the of the picture. The profile of Lockhart on Twitter does not shy away from her status as disabled however, it doesn't concentrate on the fact that she is disabled. The message? It's this That we all carry numerous identities. We're much way more diverse than we think we're. It's not my intention to let that determine me. I do not wish to become a disability influencer where it's the only thing I discuss because there are other things about me Lockhart says via video from her residence in Nashville. My daily life isn't dependent on it. I go about my regular day-to-day life and discover my own solutions to issues. But, I consider that it is a crucial component of my life. Lockhart inspires us to keep striving to be self-accepting. She still admits having gone through a series of phases regarding her appearance, feeling uncomfortable in certain situations wearing clothing that displayed her arms. She wears what she likes and proudly posts pictures of herself wearing the clothes she picks out on social platforms. Self-love for her was always a lengthy process. This is true for everyone, regardless of the level of insecurity. I think it's essential to surround yourself with people who can discern and understand your heart.
